Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Established 2021 E-commerce

From your factory to a Saudi customer’s door.

Play Elegance is a distribution and e-commerce operator based in Riyadh. Since 2021 we have imported, certified, priced, merchandised, marketed, warehoused and delivered for international sports and automotive brands — on storefronts we own, and on the marketplaces where their customers already shop.

The company

We are the operator, not the middleman.

Play Elegance was established in Riyadh in 2021 as a private establishment, and has traded without interruption since. We buy inventory with our own capital, hold it in our own warehouses, sell it through channels we control, and support the customer after the sale.

We are not an agency on a retainer and not a passive importer waiting on orders. Every brand we represent is a direct relationship with the manufacturer — no third-country wholesalers, no grey stock. That is deliberate: it keeps the product authentic, the pricing defensible, and the line between us and the brand short enough that problems get solved in a phone call.

Our team of more than twelve covers commercial, e-commerce, content, warehouse operations and customer support in Arabic and English. Two warehouses handle receiving, putaway, picking and returns. Everything a brand needs done here, we already do every day for somebody else.

  • Registered Saudi commercial entity, VAT-registered, ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing
  • SABER / SASO conformity and Arabic labelling handled in-house
  • Inventory bought and owned by us, not held on consignment
  • Weekly sell-through and stock reporting to every brand partner

Brands we work with

More than ten manufacturers work with us directly.

Eight names in padel and three in automotive and EV accessories — every one a direct relationship, including All For Padel, adidas’ official licensee for the sport. In padel we are the largest seller of equipment in Saudi Arabia.

Where we sell

Two storefronts we own, two marketplaces we hold accounts on.

A brand placed with us reaches the market through four live channels from day one. We control the merchandising, the pricing and the customer experience on all of them.

padeloutlet.sa

Our own storefront · registered trademark

Our padel and racket-sports store, and the largest padel equipment business in the Kingdom. Built on Salla.

evshopsa.com

Our own storefront

Our automotive and electric-vehicle accessories store, built for a different buyer and merchandised separately. Built on Zid.

Amazon

Strategic seller account

An established account in good standing, with the category permissions, review history and account health that take years to build.

noon

Strategic seller account

A strategic account on the region’s largest home-grown marketplace, with active catalogue and buy-box management.

Operations

Two warehouses, national delivery, and the systems behind them.

Availability and delivery speed decide more sales here than any campaign does. We run both ourselves rather than outsourcing the accountability.

Two operational warehouses

Both fully functioning, with our own receiving, barcoding, putaway and cycle-count processes. Stock accuracy is a controlled number here, not an estimate.

National fulfilment

Third-party fulfilment through Salasa alongside our own facilities, giving national coverage and next-day delivery to the major cities.

Returns & after-sales

Reverse logistics, inspection and restocking, warranty administration and spare parts, with Arabic and English support on the channels customers actually use.

Reporting

Weekly sell-through, stock cover, ageing and channel mix per brand. Monthly commercial reviews. Our brand partners see the same numbers we do.

Compliance

Saudi Customs clearance, SABER registration and SASO conformity, Arabic labelling, VAT and ZATCA e-invoicing across every channel we sell through.

A team, not a founder

More than twelve people across commercial, e-commerce, content, warehouse and customer support — so the work continues whoever is travelling.

What we run for a brand

One contract instead of five suppliers.

A brand working with us does not need to appoint an importer, a certification consultant, a digital agency and a logistics provider separately. We do all of it, and we are accountable for the result.

01

Import & compliance

Freight coordination and Saudi Customs clearance, HS classification and duty planning, SABER registration and SASO conformity certificates, Arabic labelling and manual translation, and inbound scheduling aligned to your production calendar.

02

Commercial management

SKU-level assortment selection based on what sells here, demand forecasting and stock-cover targets, landed-cost modelling and retail price ladders, promotional calendars built around the local trading year, and minimum advertised price enforced across every channel we control.

03

E-commerce operations

Listing and catalogue setup across all four channels, Arabic-first product pages written rather than machine-translated, in-house product photography and video, buy-box and content management on the marketplaces, and paid search, paid social and retention marketing measured on contribution margin.

04

Warehousing & delivery

Receiving and putaway in our own warehouses, third-party fulfilment for national reach, next-day delivery to the major cities, cash on delivery and local payment methods, and returns inspection, restocking and warranty handling.

05

Brand protection

Active monitoring of competitor and unauthorised-seller pricing across the market every week, action against parallel imports that undercut your official pricing, and approval rights for you over campaign creative and product claims.

06

Reporting & review

Weekly sell-through, stock cover, ageing and channel-mix reporting by SKU, monthly commercial reviews and quarterly range planning — including the numbers that are not flattering.

How a partnership starts

From agreement to first sale in about 90 days.

The path we have run repeatedly. Most brands begin with a defined pilot assortment before either side commits to a wider range or exclusivity.

01

Weeks 1–2

Range review and fit

We go through your catalogue, your positioning and any existing arrangements in the region, and come back with a candid read on which SKUs will sell here, at what price, and what certification work each will need.

02

Weeks 3–5

Assortment, pricing and first order

We select the pilot assortment, build the retail price architecture, agree MAP and channel rules, and put a first-year forecast on the table together with the purchase order that backs it.

03

Weeks 6–12

Certification, inbound and launch

Certification and Arabic labelling run in parallel with your production. Stock clears customs, is received into our warehouses, and goes live across all four channels with localised content and photography already prepared.

04

Ongoing

Scale and report

Weekly reporting, monthly commercial reviews, quarterly range planning. The assortment widens as the sell-through data earns it, and brand-building moves from listings into clubs, events and community.

Ways to work together

Four structures, depending on where you are.

We are flexible on structure and firm on standards. Most relationships start narrow and widen once the numbers justify it.

A

Exclusive distribution

We become your sole importer and distributor for Saudi Arabia, with agreed annual volume commitments and full channel control.

B

Authorised reseller

Non-exclusive wholesale supply. We buy and resell through our channels alongside your other partners, under agreed pricing rules.

C

Channel management

You already sell in the Kingdom but the online side is underperforming. We take over the digital channels and run them properly.

D

Market-entry pilot

A defined, limited assortment over two to three seasons to prove demand before either side commits to exclusivity.
